Title of ownership: the property was transferred to the bankrupt company by a deed of sale executed by Notary Claudio La Serra on 25/03/2014 under nos. 56326/23016, registered in Bari on 16/04/2014 under no. 9986 and recorded at the Trani Land Registry on 16/04/2014 under nos. 6540/5125, concerning the land in Trani recorded under Sheet 40, Parcel 2905, area 26 ares 34 centiares; Sheet 40, Parcel 2906, area 2 ares 26 centiares; and Sheet 40, Parcel 2907, area 1 are 43 centiares.
