The properties are located about 2.5 km from the centre of Montone and about 5 km from the "Montone" exit of the Strada Statale 3 bis Tiberina expressway.

Ownership rights for a 1/3 share of an Agritourism property (no. 2 apartments, no. 1 multipurpose hall with toilets) located on the ground, first and second floors with appurtenant courtyard/garden.
The ground floor, accessed from the courtyard via pedestrian entrances (south side of the small building), consists of:
- Multipurpose hall, with windows and French door, accessed from the courtyard via an entrance opening into the portico on the south side of the small building. Inside the room there are toilet facilities consisting of an anteroom and two bathrooms.

Please note that the Liquidator has notified the tenant company and the co-owners of the real estate assets of the termination of the procedure from said contract, pursuant to art. 270, para. 6, C.C.I.I., also ordering the occupant to vacate the properties owned by the debtor.
