The commercial space is located on the ground floor of a recently constructed building in the residential area of Casanova.

For the first 24 months of the contract, the monthly rents are reduced to € 2,000 plus VAT, starting from February 2023 the monthly rents are reduced to € 2,500 plus VAT, and then increased from February 2025 to € 3,000 plus VAT monthly.
