The land plots up for auction are located in a strategic position near the ring-road exit and close to the motorway exit, with convenient access to the historic center of Brescia.
They have an area of 11,114.51 sqm.
On the land, currently uncultivated, a redevelopment project for the area and the construction of an authorized sports center was submitted, followed by a variant for conversion into a shopping center.
The project, whose process is being finalized, includes the arrangement of the existing road network and a significant redevelopment of the area, near the emerging P.L.I.S.
