The property is located in the Industrial Zone about 2 km from the town centre and about 4 km both from the San Miniato Interport and from the "Santa Croce sull'Arno" junction of the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno Superhighway.

OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY AND LEASING CONTRACT
It is expressly stated that the property is not owned by the company in composition with creditors, but by CREDEMLEASING S.p.A., as lessor under financial lease agreement no. IF/164289. The company in composition with creditors holds the rights arising from the aforementioned financial lease agreement.
The competitive procedure is therefore aimed at identifying the best bidder for the acquisition of full ownership of the property through the contractual structure to be defined with the lessor and which may include, for example, the assignment of the financial lease agreement and the simultaneous transfer of ownership of the property by the lessor, or another contractual method suitable for achieving the same result.
The completion of the transaction remains subject to the consent and collaboration of the lessor, the definition of the methods of termination and/or settlement of the leasing relationship and the acquisition of any authorizations required under the Italian Business Crisis and Insolvency Code and the measures issued within the procedure.
The base price constitutes the total consideration offered for the transaction aimed at acquiring full ownership of the property.
The allocation of the price between the sums necessary for the settlement of the relationship with CREDEMLEASING S.p.A. and those due to the company in composition with creditors will be determined on the basis of the final calculation of the lessor and the contractual structure adopted. The price offered overall by the best bidder will not change as a result of such allocation.
