that the bankruptcy in question is interested in collecting expressions of interest, improving upon the irrevocable offer already received by the procedure, for the purchase of the remaining assets owned by the procedure in question, as per the Unique Lot.The expressions of interest must not be less than Euro 300,000.00, as per the irrevocable purchase offer already received by the procedure, and must be submitted by no later than 1:00 PM on July 10, 2025, to the following PEC address:

UNIQUE LOT: Disused industrial complex in VICENZA Via A. Rossi 81, with a land area of 59,956.00 m2
General description:
This is a disused industrial complex (former Lanerossi factory), with a land area of 59,956.00 m2, located in the south/west peripheral area of the city of Vicenza, at the end of Via A. Rossi, adjacent to the Milan-Venice railway line and the station, where there are mixed residential, commercial, and industrial settlements.
The industrial complex, consisting of several factory buildings constructed in different periods, has been disused since 1994. The property is surrounded by a large open area, partly paved and partly planted.

All as better described in the appraisal report of 04/02/2022 by Geom. Luca Mutti, and in the subsequent integrations of 28/03/2023 and 11/03/2024, containing every further detail and clarification regarding the matter.
It is specified that some portions of the areas owned by the bankruptcy, for a total area of 16,412.00 m2 and better indicated in the supplementary appraisal by Geom. Luca Mutti of March 11, 2024, have been subject to the initiation of expropriation proceedings and partly of urgent occupation, for an area of 1,343.00 m2. These areas fall within the perimeter of the sale referred to in this notice and, therefore, no guarantee for eviction can be invoked for them, pursuant to art. 1483 et seq. of the Civil Code, as the buyer is hereby specifically informed of the factual and legal state of the same.
The properties are currently partly occupied, without title, by unknown third parties, critical activists of the TAV project. The release of the properties will be at the care and expense of the successful bidder, who for this purpose cannot raise any objection against the procedure regarding the occupancy status of the areas.
The appraisal report and any subsequent modifications and/or integrations already take into account specific environmental risks for remediation and/or the presence of polluting materials or waste on the site, the costs of execution and/or disposal (already deducted from the appraisal value) will remain entirely the responsibility of the successful bidder, as the sale is made without any guarantee pursuant to art. 2922 of the Civil Code, excluding any liability and/or claim – even extracontractual – against the Bankruptcy and/or its assignors.
