Building on a single floor, with commercial use and the related uncovered area used as parking.
It consists of a single above-ground floor of almost square shape and has a free facade on each side.
The interior and exterior fittings and the plant part have been adapted to the catering activity with a well-known fast food brand that takes place in said property, by virtue of the lease agreement.
The exterior cladding is made with brown metal panels. The vertical bands at the 4 corners are clad in light natural stone (Pietra Luserna). The band running on all sides of the building at a height of 3 meters is made of dark green metal material. The windows are dark gray with reflective glass compliant with current energy saving regulations. In the upper part above the band there is a visual screen of alucobond slats of about 1m that serves both as a visual barrier and as a sunshade for the roof systems.

The surrounding area intended for parking, registered in the NCEU at sheet 65 parcel 1932 is not included in the sale because it is owned by a third party, even though the same area is enjoyed without title by the commercial activity that has held the building since 2012 and currently, and previously by other commercial activities that succeeded in the possession of the asset.

The lease agreement for the property is stipulated for €144,000 per year with a 9+9 year contract, in effect since 2012.
