Full ownership of the basement floor of the larger building located in Foggia on S.S. 16 – Km 678.700 with entrance through a private driveway gate that from the state road leads onto another property.
The property is registered in the Building Cadastre of the Municipality of Foggia on Sheet 136, Parcel 517, Sub 6,  Area 205 sq m, R.C. € 550.54.
As stated in the appraisal by Eng. Longo, the asset measures 258.40 sq m, consisting of a room used as a changing room, no. 4 storage/archive rooms and a service bathroom.
The property is part of a building constructed in 2006, which is spread over two above-ground floors (ground floor and first floor) and one basement floor, with an adjoining common area of 4,053.00 sq m, used as a courtyard and walkways. The building was made with reinforced concrete load-bearing structures and mixed brick-and-concrete slabs.
It is located in an area considered peripheral – suburban with heavy traffic, not equipped with parking spaces, as it is situated on State Road 16.
The area is not provided, in the immediate vicinity, with primary and secondary urbanization services.
