In this case, the tenant will ensure to vacate the property by October 31 (if the transfer occurs between March 1 and September 30 of the future years in which the competitive procedure will be carried out) or within 30 days from the written request of the Curator (if the transfer occurs between October 1 and February 28 of the future years in which the competitive procedure will be carried out).
