The company's strengths were identified in the high know-how in the treatment and finishing processes on denim and casual clothing.

The company for sale consists of:

1. real estate complex as described in the company lease agreement with authenticated signatures for the deed by Notary Albino Farina of Grottammare dated February 7, 2020, rep. n. 119607, collect. n. 22413. This is an industrial complex, located in zone D predominantly for production, built in several phases. Within the industrial complex, in addition to the production block, there are areas designated for offices, areas designated for laboratories, and areas designated for warehouses. The total area of the property is summarized as follows:
• Warehouse 11,353 sqm
• Offices 2,230 sqm
• External court 26,818.73 sqm
• Caretaker's apartment 110.50 sqm
• Land 11,320 sqm
The industrial complex is registered in sheet 15 parcel 322 – sub. 1 – Parcel 7 – Sub. 1-2-3 – The lands registered in sheet 9 – parcels 146/381/382 – Sheet 15 parcels 56/156/225/335 are included

3. employment relationships with n. 37 employees and collaborators with the release of TFR and any overdue and accessory salaries such as by way of mere example and not exhaustive, accrued leave, unused permits in favor of the Procedure, based on specific agreements with each worker pursuant to articles 411 and 412 of the civil procedure code

4. leasing contracts, insurance, etc. as per attachment G of the original company lease agreement

5. concessions as per attachment H of the original company lease agreement

The company is currently subject to a lease agreement expiring on 31/12/2026 at an annual rent of € 184,099.44 plus VAT.
It is specified that if the company is sold to third parties before the natural expiration of the contract, by mutual agreement the current tenant is obliged to vacate the property and return the company within 6 months from the communication of the equivalent notarial deed (which is the necessary technical time to complete its production cycle).

All credits and all debts accrued by the bankrupt company before the relevant declaration of bankruptcy, as well as all credits and debts accrued until the date of transfer of the company by notarial deed, are expressly excluded from the scope of the company for sale, except for what is provided below for the release of TFR and any overdue and accessory salaries of the transferred workers.
