ADVISES

that on 31.07.2025 at 11:00 AM through the platform www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it the sale without auction of the properties related to the judgment mentioned above will take place, in accordance with the procedural forms, through the methods of the "synchronous or telematic sale" referred to in art. 21 D.M. February 26, 2015 no. 32 which provides for the submission of offers, exclusively online after access and registration on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it and/or through the public sales portal of the Ministry of Justice.

Full ownership of 1/1 of agricultural land located in the territory of Molfetta identified in the NCT of the Municipality of Molfetta at 39 p.lla 22 of quality olive grove class 2°, cadastral area sqm 6,893, dominical income € 40.94, agricultural income € 28.48,
The land has a nearly rectangular shape with direct access from provincial road 56 Molfetta- Ruvo di Puglia, cultivated with olive trees of the "coratina" variety with an irrigation system with pipes running along the rows of olive trees and supported by iron wires. At each plant, there are from 2 to 4 drip emitters; water is drawn from a nearby well by verbal agreement between the parties.

Recently, several young fruit trees have been planted. A trullo made of dry stones is present. The sale is not subject to VAT.
