Right of full ownership of the property on the ground and first floor located in Rutigliano (BA) at Via dei Tribunali no. 9-11-13, distinguished in the Land Registry on Sheet 10:
Parcel 1028 - Sub 10 - Category A/4 - Class 5 - Consistency 5.5 rooms - Cadastral Rent €340.86 - Floor T-1.
The property was built before 9/2/1967. From the comparison of the cadastral plan with the state of the places, it can be seen that constructions have been carried out that differ from the communication of Free building activity, but these works can be remedied and the related costs have been taken into account in determining the sale price. Eng. Burattini proceeded to draw up the APE on 16.3.2022. There is a lease contract, registered on 19.9.2019, with a duration of 4 years from 1.9.2019 to 31.8.2023, from which it appears that "on the first expiry, if the parties do not agree on its renewal, and without it being necessary cancellation due to the end of the lease, the contract is extended by two years".
