Commercial complex of 12,427 sqm, consisting of two above-ground floors and equipped with ample parking and covered parking spaces accessible from Via Udine, connected to the main road by a roundabout.
Each above-ground floor has an area of approximately 7600 sqm, on which various premises are distributed: on the ground floor, about 2200 sqm are for commercial use and the remaining are designated for covered parking, while the first floor is entirely dedicated to commercial space (stores and supermarket).

On the flat roof of the building, photovoltaic panels are installed, fully and exclusively owned by the procedure, for the production of electricity from solar energy; it is specified that this photovoltaic system, autonomously registered, is subject to Convention number T02F24989407, related to practice/system number 190092, and Convention number T02I78879207, stipulated with the Energy Services Manager - GSE S.p.A. based in Rome, Viale Maresciallo Pilsudski, 92 (also mentioned below, in the "sales regulations"), for the recognition of incentive tariffs for electricity produced from photovoltaic conversion of solar energy. This system is also subject to contract no. RID019706 of 17/06/2011, for the withdrawal of electricity as per art. 13, paragraphs 3 and 4, of Legislative Decree no. 387/03 and art. 1, paragraph 41 of Law no. 239/2004, by the Energy Services Manager at the request of the producer.
Occupation: the property is leased for commercial use other than residential, as per contract 19.04.2013, registered with the Revenue Agency of Padua on 9.05.2013 at no. 3288 Series 3, with a duration of 9 years + 9 years, expiring, following the first renewal, on 18.04.2031, enforceable against the preventive agreement procedure and the party that will be awarded following participation in the competitive procedure that will succeed ope legis in the same contract.
