The building was built by the State Property, Railway Branch, in remote times without any building permit and used as a roadman's house, spread over three floors: first under the road, ground and first (first floor not being sold); it has convenient parking in the immediate vicinity, without a lift, it is surrounded by subbs. 7 (identified in the list of subordinates as B.C.N.C., common court to subs. 2 and 3), 8 and 9, subs. perimeter fenced.
The fence that surrounds the entire building, made up partly of wire mesh, partly with metal corrugations and partly with concrete elements, physically divides the property into two independent units: the north subb. 3, 5 and 9 (subs. 3 and 5 not for sale, while sub. 9 is for sale for the 1/2 share) and the southern subb. 2, 4, 7 and 8 (sub. 2 and 4 subject to sale for the share of full ownership while sub. 8 for the share of 1/2; sub. 7 identified in the list of subordinates as B.C.N.C., common court to subs. 2 object of sale and 3 not object of sale.
