It has a total area of 8,217 sqm.
The Municipal General Regulatory Plan (PRGC), adjusted to variant no. 41, includes the area within the homogeneous zone E/B subjecting the area to urban restructuring and planning implementation.

Within the zone, the following uses are permitted:
a) residential;
b) hotel;
c) office, excluding real estate units intended for dancing and nightclubs;
d) retail commercial (neighborhood shops with a sales area of less than 250 sqm, warehouses with a covered area not exceeding 400 sqm);
e) collective services and facilities;
f) agricultural, limited to the construction of rustic annexes to residences on the condition that no uses are foreseen and no activities are carried out that may disturb the residential function.

In this area, with the exception of what is provided for the RTU/7 area, subject to urban restructuring intervention for which specific regulations apply, the construction of new buildings is not permitted; only building maintenance, building renovation, and, for hygienic, technological, and functional needs, the expansion of existing buildings as of the adoption of the previous PRGC is allowed, not exceeding 30% of the pre-existence up to a maximum of 180mc.
