The lot is fully urbanized and fenced, with a total area of approximately 15,500 square meters, of which approximately 6,450 square meters are covered.
The main part of the industrial warehouse is used as a carpentry workshop, warehouse and glassworks; it is completed by an extension on the south-west elevation, which represents the entrance and offices, and a side extension used as a compressor room.
The commercial area of the industrial plant is approximately 6,750.00 sq m.

The industrial plant (building with adjoining yard), as well as the movable assets inside it, are subject to a "business lease" under the contract registered on 11/02/2022 with a duration of 24 months until 02/02/2024, extended for a further 2 years, with a lease fee of Euro 3,950.00 per month.
