Transfer of sports center business in Melilli (SR), Contrada Spalla

The company started its activity on 16/10/2001 for the exercise of the activity described as follows: management of swimming pool, sports activities, fitness, swimming and wellness, sports and leisure activities with the use of the swimming pool and changing rooms of the guesthouse - club house.
The company has leased to third parties, under a business lease agreement, the 3 main assets, equipped with an external area used as a parking lot extending 12,555 sqm and thus distinguished:
1) Sports and wellness;
2) Tourist reception sector;
3) Catering.

The complex is located in Melilli in Contrada Spalla, and stands on a land extending 12,555 sqm. It consists of a single building in which two adjacent building bodies with different uses can be distinguished.

BODY 1

with access from the external area, it consists of a building with two above-ground elevations: the ground floor is destined for a restaurant and the first floor for a hotel.
From the external area, you enter the reception, to the right of which there is the management office and to the left a small room. Continuing into the reception, to the right there is the bar and then you reach the restaurant area where there are guest bathrooms.
There is an area used as kitchen, oven area, washing area, pantry, and toilets for workers.
On the first floor there are 10 rooms with private bathroom. There is a terrace.

The total commercial surface area is:
• Reception, restaurant area, kitchen and services: 470.00 sqm;
• Restaurant terrace: 81.00 sqm;
• Hotel: 440.00 sqm;
• Hotel terrace: 99.00 sqm.

The external area is used as parking and also houses temporary Paddle courts.

The property has been subject to vandalism and theft, therefore some assets are no longer available and the photos published on portals may not correspond to the current conditions of the property. To date, the business is not operating and the sports center is not active.
