AUCTION Commercial premises in Caltanissetta, Via G. Tomasi di Lampedusa 58/60 - LOT 1

The property in question is located in the Municipality of Caltanissetta on the ground floor of a larger building, in a peripheral residential area, densely populated, characterized by the presence of various buildings, including some of recent construction.

The premises are accessed through no. 7 metal roll-up shutters opening onto Via G.
