Full ownership of a historic villa located in the Municipality of Castiglion Fiorentino, in the Senaia area, about 1.5 km from the historic center.
It has a conventional area of 848.65 sqm.
The property, with direct pedestrian and driveway access from Via Madonna del Bagno, was originally used as the Convent of Giuncheto, known as “delle Zoccolanti,” built in the 13th century, restored during the 16th century and finally completely renovated by the previous owner between 1982 and 2000.
