This is a property subject to protection by D.M. 17/9/1954 pursuant to Law 1089/39 now Legislative Decree 22/1/04 n. 42 containing the Code of cultural heritage and landscape pursuant to art. 10 Law 137/02. The apartment can be reached after crossing the entrance hall, past the first flight of stairs that leads to the first floor where the votive chapel is located and two stairways branch off; walking along the corridor to the left that leads to one of the two staircases, its entrance opens.
