Full ownership for the 1/1 share of the apartment in Vocabolo Ripalvella (TR) Via del Centro n. 17, separate from the building register of the municipality of San Venanzo al Foglio 91 parcel 60 sub 9, category A/2, class 2, second floor, with access from the common stairwell and consists of: living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms , hallway and cellar of approximately 6.50 m2, useful internal height from 2.35 to 4.05 m, for a gross commercial area of approximately 87.10 m2.
Internally the apartment, recently renovated (year 2004), is in sufficient maintenance conditions.
The floors are in porcelain stoneware, plastered and painted walls, ceilings with wooden beams and exposed terracotta tiles.
