Full ownership for the 1/1 share of the apartment in Vocabolo Ripalvella (TR) Via del Centro n. 17, separate from the building register of the municipality of San Venanzo al Foglio 91 parcel 60 sub 9, category A/2, class 2, second floor, with access from the common stairwell and consists of: living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms , hallway and cellar of approximately 6.50 m2, useful internal height from 2.35 to 4.05 m, for a gross commercial area of approximately 87.10 m2.
Internally the apartment, recently renovated (year 2004), is in sufficient maintenance conditions.
The floors are in porcelain stoneware, plastered and painted walls, ceilings with wooden beams and exposed terracotta tiles.
The windows are made of double glazed wood and equipped with wooden shutters. The systems are compliant with current regulations and have a certification filed with the municipality of San Venanzo together with the usability request obtained in 2010. The heating system is with a wall-mounted gas boiler and aluminum radiator distribution. In the masonry of the double bedroom, some cracks are evident, presumably due to settling following the renovation of the roof. A timely check by a structural engineer is recommended.
