The industrial building up for auction is located in a central area of the municipality of Trani, just 1 km from the SS16 Trani Nord exit.

Parcel 74 – Sub. 3
• Portion of warehouse with a total area of 1,039.00 sq m, inside which there is an office block with adjoining bathroom. The minimum and maximum height of the property is 6.50 and 8.00 m. The flooring is concrete with resin.

There are building/planning/cadastral discrepancies, the regularisation of which has been estimated by the CTU at € 15,000.00. As better highlighted in the CTU valuation report, these costs have been taken into account in the appraisal of the property.
