The property is registered in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Foggia at Sheet 136, Parcel 517, Sub 6,  Size 205 sqm., R.C. € 550.54.
As stated in the appraisal by engineer Longo, the property is 258.40 sqm, consisting of a changing room, n° 4 storage/archives, and a service bathroom.
The property is part of a building constructed in 2006 that develops over two above-ground floors (ground floor and first floor) and a basement with an attached common area of 4,053.00 sqm, designated as a courtyard and walkways. The building was built with load-bearing structures in reinforced concrete and concrete block floors.
It is located in a peripheral area - suburban with heavy traffic, not equipped with parking, as it is located on the state road 16.
The area does not have primary and secondary urbanization services in the immediate vicinity.
