Specifically, this is the former Lanerossi plant, now disused, inserted within the urban fabric of the municipality of Schio, near the historic center, of considerable size. It consists of areas and buildings for industrial use (production and management), mostly dilapidated, to be converted, some subject to constraints, which only allow the restructuring and the destination for public use.
