The land is registered at Land Registry of City of Schio at Sheet 11 - Parcel 933

Specifically, this is the former Lanerossi plant, now disused, inserted within the urban fabric of the municipality of Schio, near the historic center, of considerable size. It consists of areas and buildings for industrial use (production and management), mostly dilapidated, to be converted, some subject to constraints, which only allow the restructuring and the destination for public use. In particular, the “Fabbrica Alta” and “Villa Pancera”, as well as some surrounding buildings, are considered industrial archeology and in part have already been sold to the Municipality, free of charge, as an advance on urbanization costs.
