The property is located in the historic town center, precisely at Via dei Pozzi 74 in the municipality of Blera (VT), identified at the NCEU Sheet 8 Parcel 271 - Sub 3 - Category A/4 - Class 3 - Size 2.5 rooms - Yield € 127.
The property has an area of approximately 31.45 sqm.
Access is directly from the public street, where via an external staircase one reaches the first floor, where the entrance door is located leading to the common hall; from this hall, access to the property is via a particularly steep internal staircase that leads directly to the second floor, where the dwelling is developed.
Access to the apartment is therefore indirect and occurs exclusively via an internal staircase of small size and significant slope.
