As of now, the finishes, flooring, and coverings for the plumbing and sanitary installations have been carried out on the 7th floor; the systems have not been completed as a whole, and neither the sanitary fixtures, faucets, heat exchangers of the heating system, nor the connecting staircase between the 7th floor and the wooden mezzanine forming the 8th level have been supplied and installed.
The mezzanine floor, which should constitute the sleeping area, is not partitioned and all finishing works still need to be completed. From what has been built, it appears that the intended use is residential and that it does not comply with what was authorized under the building permit issued by the Municipality of Potenza; in fact, these rooms were supposed to be used as attics. Since these are attic rooms, they may be converted for residential use provided that an application for amnesty/regularization is submitted pursuant to the applicable Regional Law and the current planning instrument. The level of preservation and maintenance cannot be defined precisely because the property is under construction.
The property is marked U.I. 18A-Int. 18, located on the 7th and 8th floors of Staircase A.
