Transfer of the business including the concession relationship and all rights and obligations arising from the existing concession contract with the Municipality of Capurso, as per the contract dated 8.6.2005 b. 2235 rep., with a total duration of 30 years from the signing of the contract (expiration expected on 8.6.2035), including the management of social-health assistance services and the multi-purpose center for the elderly located in Capurso at Via San Carlo n. 64 in the public areas subject to the concession identified in part in the N.C.E.U. of the Municipality of Capurso at fg. 3 p.lla 179, cat. A/2, class 1, consisting of 16.5 rooms at Via Casamassina, floor S1-1-2 and related uncovered area; -in part in the N.C.T. of the Municipality of Capurso at fg. 3 p.lla 175 of 16 ares and ca 37, p.lla 176 of 7 ares and ca 34, p.lla 234 of 51 ares and ca 40, p.lla 342 of ca 30 (rural building), p.lla 418 of 69 ares and ca 61, p.lla 1038 of 4 ares and ca 3, p.lla 1040 of 5 ares and ca 56, p.lla 1042 of 29 ares and ca 34, p.lla 1044 of 6 ares and ca 61, p.lla 1048 of 8 ares and ca 44; all as better described in the documentation attached to the auction sheet, to which reference is made.

Excluded from the transfer are the credit rights related to the operation of the business arising before the transfer.
