The property consists of a portion of a larger building with office spaces, along with proportional rights to the common and condominium areas. The load-bearing structure is in reinforced concrete with external walls plastered and covered in stone (photos no. 3-4-5).
The entrance is located along the West side of the building, on the first underground floor. Inside, there are four office rooms, a waiting room, a hallway, and a bathroom with a pre-bathroom; during the inspection, the presence of niches not shown in the cadastral plan, a different configuration of the pre-bathroom divider, and a window not included in the plan were noted (photos no. 12-13-4-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22).
