Colonial building (former rural), transformed into a residential building partly with two floors and partly with a single floor, leaving the typical architectural characteristics of the buildings of the time.
The building is partly made up of n. 2 floors, where large living rooms, kitchen, n. 3 bathrooms and n. 1 bedroom, n. 1 bathroom has no cladding, while the other 2 have stoneware cladding.
The first floor, connected by a staircase, is divided into n. 5 bedrooms and n. 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is also another large living room with an adjacent room
clearing with the presence of n. 1 bathroom in its raw state and its access door to the cave, the

direct contact with the property border.
Outside the building itself there is a strip of property used as a garden on the east and north sides,
west, while on the south side there is a slope composed of trees of various kinds up to the border of
