Buildable land located in the first outskirts of the Municipality of Cologna Veneta, about 2 km from the town hall.
The area of approximately 19 hectares has access from Via Quadri Destra, Via Traversina, Via Veneto and Via Piemonte.
The real estate complex is located in continuity with the existing production-use area, called "Zona Industriale Quari".
The real estate complex is adjacent to the consolidated production area, and the expansion of the industrial area must take place within this context, as provided for by the Plan of Interventions.
The plots are currently identified as "Unplanned Areas", as the five-year term of validity of the Plan of Interventions has elapsed; the Plan has exhausted its effectiveness due to the prolonged timeframe related to the implementation of the planning agreements signed between public and private parties.
The lands in question are included in the Homogeneous Territorial Area no. 4 – and are subject to the Planning Agreement APP 1C – (Quari industrial area) signed on 04/02/2016 and adopted with Municipal Council Resolution no. 3 of 17/02/2016 approving Variant no. 5 to Phase 3 of the Plan of Interventions.
In relation to the above-mentioned Agreement, the areas under examination were classified by the current Plan of Interventions as consolidated urbanization areas with a prevailing productive use called: "Zone D1 – industry – production crafts for expansion".
