- area subject to airport protection buffer zone (art. 16 Technical Standards of the P.A.T.);
- Suitable area subject to Type 1 condition (art. 41 Technical Standards of the P.A.T.);
- within A.T.O. (Homogeneous Territorial Area) no. 2 "Settlement system — Madonna dell’Uva Secca" (art. 59 Technical Standards of the P.A.T.);
Cadastral parcels no. 182 — 230 — 236 also fall partially within the "buffer strips" (art. 99 Technical Standards of the P.A.T.);
Cadastral parcel no. 230 also falls partially within the protection buffer zone of wells for drinking-water abstraction (art. 24 Technical Standards of the P.A.T.)
Cadastral parcel no. 236 also falls entirely within the protection buffer zone of wells for drinking-water abstraction (art. 24 Technical Standards of the P.A.T.)
