The building in question is located in a peripheral area and is spread over three levels, two above ground and one basement level.
On the ground floor there are the commercial units, all fitted with large metal shutters and aluminium-and-glass doors. Sub 5 has air and light only from the entrance door and is equipped with a small toilet, while the other units have windows ensuring good brightness but do not have restroom facilities. The construction elements and finishes are the same for all: internal walls are plastered, and the floors are finished with a cement screed. The electrical, water and sewer systems are dated and require restoration. The finishes are of poor quality.
On the basement level there are storage rooms, all fitted with large metal shutters; they have a regular shape. The internal walls are in a rough state without finishes and the floors are finished with a cement screed. Access to the basement level is via the adjacent service station.
