Opslagruimte in Furnari (ME), gebied Portorosa - LOT 3 Lokaal gebruikt als opslagruimte, op de begane grond, gebouwd op het Bazia Gardens-eigendom, bereikbaar via de westelijke gevel van het gebouw. De totale commerciële oppervlakte is ongeveer 89 vierkante meter (negenentachtig). In het kadaster valt het pand momenteel onder blad 3, deel 712 sub 3. De ruimtes worden momenteel gebruikt als opslagruimte door het bedrijf Residence Tour s.r.l., op basis van een gebruiksovereenkomst van 24 april 1990 (privéakte met handtekeningen geauthenticeerd door notaris Francesco Paderni in Messina rep. n. 157959 en n. 14619 van racc.) met een looptijd tot 23 juni 2034 (tenzij verlengd of verlengd). In de ruimtes zijn interne wijzigingen aangebracht, met een andere indeling en verandering van gebruik ten opzichte van het goedgekeurde project van box naar opslagruimte. Voor deze ruimtes is een mede-eigendomsaandeel toegewezen aan een open parkeerplaats voor de ruimtes; de andere aandelen zullen worden toegewezen aan de kopers van de ruimtes die erop uitkijken (momenteel vallend onder deel 712 sub. 4 en sub. 5).
