The compendium object of estimation, developed on an area of ​​98,718 square meters, consists of a tourist/hospitality complex, located in the Contrada Coste of the Municipality of Montelparo (Fermo).

The complex includes a hotel distributed in two buildings, with an adjoining swimming pool, four tennis courts, a futsal court, two bocce courts, a warehouse, thirteen terraced houses with different types spread over three different areas, eight garages, a mini golf course, a horse stable with adjoining area for training ground and various plots of land.
