AUCTION BASED ON RECEIVED OFFER
The object of the transfer of this business branch would be the activities, such as movable assets, the related intrinsic value of the business branch, without any liabilities but with the assumption of debts towards transferred employees and therefore net of positions towards them.
All as better described in the appraisal report attached to the auction sheet containing every further detail and clarification.
The payment of the award price will be made, as for € 171,504.93, by means of a releasing assumption, to be formalized in the union meeting, of the debts towards workers admitted to the liabilities with privilege pursuant to art. 2751-bis, no. 1 of the Italian Civil Code, and, for the remaining part, by payment to the Procedure of the difference between the award price and the aforementioned amount.
