Single-level residence with access from the forecourt located downhill from the building complex, therefore from the garden that is an exclusive appurtenance of the apartment.
The apartment consists of a room used as a living/dining area with an attached kitchenette corner, a hallway leading to the bathroom and two bedrooms.
The residence in question, originally intended as a garage in the approved main project, has not been legitimized in its real and current intended use and, pursuant to the planning instrument in force in the city of Potenza and the more general Regional and National regulations, cannot obtain an authorization title by way of amnesty as a residence.
