The land is located along Via Ragusa, a municipal road branching off Via Nettuno-Velletri (Provincial Road 87b), about 7 km from the town center.
It has a cadastral area of 1,643 sq m.
Uncultivated land intended for agricultural arable use, fenced on all sides with vehicular access from Via Ragusa; it has been used as an open-air storage area for building materials, of which some remnants still remain. In addition, a light steel structure with metal roofing was built to shelter the aforementioned materials, without authorizations; therefore, it must be removed. At the time of inspection the structure had no roofing and consisted of metal beams and pillars.
The land falls under the Nettuno PRG in Rural zone S/2.
