The land is located in the Mortaino area about 2 km from the town center of Capannoli and about 10 km from the "Ponsacco" exit of the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno dual carriageway.
It has an area of 8,145 sq m.
Agricultural land consisting of no. 5 parcels in the immediate vicinity of the real estate unit of Lot 1.
The parcels fall within the U.T.A. of Santo Pietro Belvedere (art. 31 of the N.T.A. of the R.U.) in "areas with a predominantly agricultural function" (art. 25 of the N.T.A. of the
R.U.), also regulated by Regional Law L.R. 65/2014 for the general regulation of agricultural zones, as better described in the attached Urban Planning Destination Certificate.
