The property is located in the territory of Licata and more precisely in the area to the east of the town, from which it is 7 km away, near State Road 115 between the municipalities of Licata and Gela, in an area with an agricultural vocation but also affected by hospitality facilities. It can be reached from State Road 115 and then continuing along extra-urban roads via a dirt road passing under the railway overpass.
It has a total overall area of approximately 37,207 sqm.
The land has an almost regular shape, is cadastral subdivided into three parcels and borders on all sides with other agricultural lands.
The overall area is approximately 37,207 sqm and the terrain is sloping with exposure on the south-facing side.
As regards the use of the agricultural soil, the land is cultivated as arable land (wheat).
From the urban planning destination certificate obtained from the municipal technical office, CDU Order No. 213/2025 of 30/07/2025, it was found that the land relating to parcel 162 falls within the homogeneous territorial zone "E - agricultural".
In addition, parcels 665, 666 and partially 667 fall within the area of hydrogeological and geological interest with hazardous characteristics, governed by art. 30 of the N.T.A. of the PRG.
It is also specified that on parcel 667 there is an antenna system intended for the propagation of electromagnetic waves for telecommunications equipment, leased to Telecom Italia Mobile under a contract dated 19/07/2000 registered under no. 5901 for a term of 9 years, tacitly renewable every 6 years, and with an annual rent at the time of signing of 15,000,000 Italian lire.
