The lot was free at the time of the appraisal.
The building was built before 1967, declared unfit for use following the seismic events of 1997 and included in the recovery program with UNII 22 Boschetto (approved with DGR 45/99), subject to authorized interventions with permission to build n. 460/99 and DIA n. 10/06.
