We collect offers for offices at the ground floor of a building inside harbour called Portorosa.

Offices in Furnari (ME), Portorosa area - LOT 2 Offices located on the ground and first floor (excluding the roof terrace above) connected by an external staircase (not foreseen in a project approved by the Municipality), built on the area of the Bazia Gardens company, which can be accessed from the West elevation of the construction. In the cadastre currently manufactured, the property falls on sheet 3, part. 712 portion of sub 2. There are internal changes, a different distribution and a change of intended use compared to the approved project. In particular, we note the glass closure and the change of intended use from the balcony/veranda in storage of an area adjacent to the staircase on the first floor (about 20 sqm), as well as the construction of an external steel staircase that connects the ground floor with the first, not foreseen in the original project, and the change of intended use from the storage room\services in offices and attached toilets. The total commercial area (ground and first floor) is approximately 78 square meters (seventy eight).
