Warehouse in Furnari (ME), area Portorosa - LOT 1 Warehouse, located on the ground floor of the "Tribunetta", built on the area of the Bazia Gardens company for the largest surface, which can be accessed from the east elevation of the building. The restaurant, in use, is used as a storage for tools and materials for boating, which are still in existence, the eventual disposal of which will be paid by the successful tenderer. The surface of the property, which falls within the private area and is sold, is approximately 57.00 sqm (fifty-seven point zero zero); the remaining part of approximately 25 square meters falls into the state property area. In the cadastre currently manufactured, the property is located on sheet 3, part. 712 portion of the sub. 1. The discrepancies consist in a different internal distribution and consistency of the room compared to the approved project.
