The two parking spaces up for auction are part of a larger building.
One parking space is located outside, in the common courtyard, and is marked by white lines painted on the ground.
The second parking space is located in the basement of the same building and is accessed via the driveway ramp shared by all units.

There are non-remediable discrepancies.
