Commercial space part of a larger commercial complex created through urban redevelopment of Palazzo Tiberio, in a central area of the Municipality of Bojano facing the main Piazza Roma (historic center).
It has an area of about 65 sqm.
The property in question is located on the ground floor at the end of a shopping gallery with access from Piazza Roma, it is accessible through a glass door leading to a narrow and long room, about 50 sqm, and also has access from the opposite side directly from Corso Umberto; in this first area there is also a restroom; following, in front of the entrance, there is also a roll-up shutter that may prevent access to the second, smaller room, approximately 18 sqm. The facilities are those typical of a commercial space, finishes are lacking, the metal fixtures are of medium quality and are functional for use.
