Hotel located near the historic center of the city of Rieti.
It has a total area of 1,673.14 sqm.
Previously used as a nursing home, it develops, on the Ground Floor, a gross area of about 615.20 square meters, within which are distributed the spaces intended for reception, socialization, and collective activities of guests, as well as two rooms dedicated to the staff on duty. As for the First, Second, and Third Floors, each with a gross surface area of about 330.00 square meters, they are intended for the sleeping area and each consists of 9 rooms, each equipped with independent bathrooms, of different surface areas and, therefore, capable of accommodating from 1 to 3 people.
