The company started its activity on 16/10/2001 for the exercise of the activity described as: management of a swimming pool, sports activities, fitness, swimming and wellness, sports activities and leisure time with the use of the swimming pool and the changing rooms of the guesthouse - club house.
The company has granted to third parties, under a business lease, the 3 main assets, equipped with an external area used as a parking lot covering 12,555 square meters and distinguished as follows:
1) Sports and wellness;
2) Tourist reception sector;
3) Catering.
The complex is located in Melilli in Contrada Spalla, and covers a land area of 12,555 square meters. It consists of a single building in which two adjacent bodies of construction with different purposes are distinguished.
BODY 1
intended for swimming pool and related services consists of a building with one above-ground elevation in which the swimming pool and related services are located and a basement floor where the gym, sauna, and swimming pool systems are located.
From the external area, access is provided to the ground floor used as a reception, men's/women's changing rooms with restrooms and showers, a large room containing the swimming pool and a smaller pool, an area designated for first aid, Turkish bath, and wellness. The swimming pool, measuring 12.50 x 25.00 meters, is covered with a plastic coating and the system is of the skimmer type. The net internal height of the rooms is 3.50 meters.
The total commercial surface area is:
• Reception and changing rooms 335.00 sqm;
• Swimming pool area 800.00 sqm;
• First aid, sauna, and various 64.00 sqm;
• Technical rooms (including tunnel): 460.00 sqm;
• Gym and sauna: 130.00 sqm.

with access from the external area consists of a building with two above-ground elevations: the ground floor is designated for a restaurant and the first floor for a hotel.
From the external area, access is provided to the reception, to the right of which is the management office and to the left a small room. Continuing in the reception, to the right is the bar and then you reach the restaurant area where there are restrooms for guests.
There is a kitchen area, oven area, washing area, pantry, and restrooms for workers.
On the first floor, there are 10 rooms with private bathrooms. A terrace is present.
The total commercial surface area is:
• Reception, restaurant area, kitchen, and restrooms: 470.00 sqm;
• Restaurant terrace: 81.00 sqm;
• Hotel: 440.00 sqm;
