Bids are collected for an apartment on the second floor of a larger building.
Bids can be submitted:
- in a sealed envelope by 12:00 PM on 04/09/2025, at the Bankruptcy Office of the Court of Avellino
- electronically, using the web form "Electronic Offer" provided by the Ministry of Justice through this webpage by 12:00 PM on 04/09/2025
In case of an electronic offer, users are advised to start filling out the offer well in advance of the deadline.

Apartment for sale located on the second floor of a building situated in the town center of Castelfranci in an area equipped with neighborhood activities such as: retail shops and personal services.
The building develops over four levels, two of which are basements and two above ground; the load-bearing structure is of reinforced concrete frame type, the external walls are made of hollow brickwork, the facades are partly plastered and painted in light colors and partly covered with exposed brick.
The apartment, located on the second floor above ground, is accessed from the large front terrace, and consists of: living/dining room, kitchen, two storage rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus two level terraces.
The condition of the building is good.
The residence is used as a marital home by virtue of the judicial separation order (Proc. N. 4689/21 R.G.A.C) issued by the President of the Court of Avellino, Dr. Vincenzo Beatrice (Court of Avellino registry 4689/2021 of 12/07/2021) and registered in Avellino on 05/12/2022 under no. 17545/20770. Since this is a provision registered after the declaration of bankruptcy, it must be considered unenforceable against the estate with respect to the only share subject to this sale notice.
