Full ownership rights for a 1/4 share on land with an area of 10,430 sqm, currently featuring 70 olive trees over 30 years old, arranged approximately 5 x 5 meters apart, on moderately sloping terrain with sections that do not allow for mechanization, not subject to recent cultivation, and 8 rows of grapes over 30 years old, spaced about 7/8 meters apart, with lengths ranging from 20 to 84 meters, very sparse; the surface is well mechanizable, but given the current conditions, it should be considered unproductive.
They fall into:
-zone "E", part in zone "E1" wooded areas, part in "Buffer zone for watercourses and rivers".
-secondary interest agricultural zones "E".
-zone subject to hydrogeological constraints.
The aforementioned zones are regulated by the following articles of the N.T.A: Zone E by art. 24; Zone E1 by art. 23; Buffer zones for watercourses and rivers by art. 65.
