Three plots of land in Sannicandro di Bari (BA), Locality Romigliaccio/Parco della Signora - LOT 3

The lot consists of three plots all located in the countryside of Sannicandro di Bari (BA), one on Provincial Road 90, contrada Romigliaccio, and the others on Provincial Road 126, contrada Parco della Signora. The plot located at c.da Romigliaccio has an area of 2,834 sqm, is planted with small-stemmed olive trees, has a flat and stony surface, and is bordered on all four sides by agricultural land with the same crop. The plot does not have direct access from the paved country road to the west, but it is necessary to cross parcel 349. At the time of the inspection, the land was covered with brush and the trees were unpruned, meaning it was in a state of abandonment. The plot is registered in the Land Registry at fg. 21, p.lla 261, quality olive grove.
The first of the two plots located at c.da Parco della Signora, registered in the Land Registry at fg. 29, parcel 243, quality wooded arable land, has an area of 3,031 sqm, is sloped, is characterized by spontaneous vegetation as it constitutes the left side of the Badessa stream and is crossed by a dirt road that runs alongside the stream.
The second plot, registered in the Land Registry at fg. 29, p.lla 242, quality wooded arable land, has an area of 4,159 sqm, is almost flat and is characterized by spontaneous vegetation as it constitutes the area closest to the bed of the Badessa stream. All the plots are free.
